The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the physical goods.
Hygiene Exception: Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a refund.

How to Process a Return
Notification: Contact us at info@lilaengel.se to inform us of your intent to return an item.
Condition: Ensure the product is in its original condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Complaints and Faulty Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, you have a legal right to file a complaint.
Please email info@lilaengel.se as soon as the defect is discovered, including your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
For approved complaints, Lila Engel will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
